Milkwood Steiner School is seeking a dedicated Kindergarten teacher to commence in Term 1, 2012.
This is a permanent, full-time position. Eligibility for registration as a teacher in the Northern Territory is essential.
Salary is in accordance with experience.
Milkwood Steiner School was established in 2004 and has steadily grown to its current size of 73 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
Milkwood Steiner School is a non-denominational, co-educational primary school and is founded on the educational principles of Rudolf Steiner. The application of these educational principles, based on Anthroposophy, forms the soul of our school.
Now situated at 107 Boulter Rd, Berrimah, our innovative indoor/outdoor classrooms are situated in large, tropical-style buildings. Each opens out on to 5m-wide verandas. Class activities also extend into the adjacent native bush block where children explore.
